The Western Kitchen; Seasonal Recipes from Chico Hot Springs Resort focuses on good times, good company and good food in Montana. Executive Chef Wells brought his expertise to emphasize the Chico garden and a more contemporary style of food with fresh seasonal ingredients, while we still included some of the “classic” Chico recipes: Beef Wellington, Fennel Breadsticks, and Flaming Orange. Seabring helped bring the “feeling” of Chico to life in chapters that showcase our favorite places to get together and offer special events for guests: Block Party, Winter Wagon Rides, Grandma’s Garden and the pools.
