Best food I've ever eaten in MT. Great staff, great service, fantastic chef, amazing wine list. Fun bar, love the hot springs, historically awesome place. Stayed a couple times here, but I usually just eat dinner, go for a swim, and go stay in Bozeman because I have back problems and Chico's beds bother me. In fact, the rooms could use an update without disturbing any of the rustic and historical charm. Nonetheless, the other amenities are truly worth the drive, a drive which is truly gorgeous!
